Marcus's trip to the UAE featured in

That's
right, folks; this picture proves it. Marcus can get up
before sunrise! He just has to travel halfway around the
world to find the motivation.
(By the way, that island in the background is called Snoopy
Island). Find out more about his recent travels in the
February 2008 issue of E Fort Smith (pages 48-49). Or, since

Bring Your Friends to Class
Share the fun of dance. Save a buck
or two.
Your friends are always welcome at Momentum. But, of
course, dance can be intimidating. And not everyone knows
exactly what they want to learn. So please tell your friends
they are invited to watch a class or participate in one.
Their first visit is always complimentary. They can even sit
on the couch.
For the months of March and April (2008), if your friends
sign up and list you as their referral, both you and your
friends will get $10 off group lessons. If they come for
March and stay for April, the same deal applies.
Additionally, those taking private lessons will receive
$5 off any lesson taken during March or April (beginning at
the time your friends sign up).
Students who have already paid for group or private
lessons will receive a credit toward future classes or
lessons (through June 2008).
Not currently taking dance but still want to tell your
friends? Go ahead! During the months of March and April,
those who list nonstudents (but yet actual people) as their
referrals will receive free admittance to any one of the
monthly dances (through June 2008). If you're listed as a
referral, the same deal applies.
Questions? Too complicated? Any tips on how to crack an
egg without getting pieces of shell in the bowl? Contact Marcus.
Learn the original form of swing dance. Built around 8 and
6-count patterns, Lindy Hop is the grandfather of all things
swing.
This is a 6 week series that will meet once a week.
Payment of $120 up front (total cost for a couple for 6
weeks) will
include a private lesson (to be used anytime during the
year) and the option to make up missed classes.
Begins February 19, 2008, and ends March 25, 2008.
Class size limited.
Help Spread the Word
If
you would like flyers for you or your friends, please
contact Marcus or pick some up at the studio. Additionally,
if there's a place you think needs a flyer, let Marcus know.
Don't keep all the fun to yourself.
So When's Your Next Dance?
Plan ahead for studio
dances.

Saturday of each month. Anyone is welcome (and encouraged)
to attend.

available. As an additional tip, if you are going to be

you may want to consider giving some sort of personal
hygiene item (breath mint, deodorant, a bar of soap) along
with the lessons. Dancing requires close contact.
As always, if you
have any questions, please contact Marcus. Also, please
limit your questions to the subject of dance. I'd be glad to
